Hi peeps,
I recently updated AE to 15.1. Suddenly I would get occasional freezing when selecting keyframes – it seemed to be as I cross over to select another layer’s keys.
I downgraded back to 15.0 and it was still happening :’|I’ve trashed prefs, removed scripts (surely that wouldn’t be it), and it still happens. It’s easy to reproduce, I just make a fresh project, draw a bunch of shapes, add a position key to each, drag my selection box around for a bit around the keys and after a few seconds it’ll freeze for a good two seconds.
It doesn’t seem to be happening in CC2015.
Has anyone had this problem?

PS Oh god, please don’t make me do a fresh install.

Are you still dealing with this issue? Or how did you resolve it? I am dealing with the exact same issue with After Effects 16.1.3 and it just randomly started happening too because I’ve been using version 16.1.3 on both of my macs for a long time now and never had this issue before. The more I start to build the project the worse it gets. I guess I should update versions maybe
