Timeline goes out of order when exporting as h.264
I am working with a one minute clip with photographs and an audio overlay. When I export using h.264 the timeline gets out of order. When I export using “current settings” this does not happen.
What can I do to fix this?

What is the source material’s orginal format? H.264? or?
If you export a movie file that’s using ProRes as it’s codec (Share/Export Media…) – It’s likely your sequence is ProRes already) I’ll bet that file will work by just opening it in compressor and compressing it to h.264 independently of FCP.
