Timeline Cursor default when opening FX/Track Motion
Very recently upgraded from V4 to V6. All was well for 15-minutes or so until I clicked on track motion with my timeline cursor at 1:30:15. Alas the track cursor defaulted to the beginning of the track with no familiar and comfortable red line to show where I need the motion on the timeline. In addition the trusty click on timeline and the event timeline indicator ‘Red line’ moves accordingly is also missing. Can still click on the keyframe and have the timeline cursor move just not vice-versa. The same applies for events on the timeline.
Have spent 30-minutes or so digging in preferences,help and searching this forum with no luck.
Any ideas/suggestions.

Sounds like you don’t have Synch Cursor enabled – the bottom left icon with the padlock.
