  Timeline convert 25fps – 29.97fps/30fps ?

  Hi all,

  I’ve produced some 3D sequences at standard PAL 25fps. I have now been asked to make NTSC versions of these elements for Korea/Japan. My timeline in Cinema is obviously set to 25fps. I’ve changed the project settings to 30fps and all the keyframes seem to adjust accordingly.

  Now when i bring the sequences into AE i see the comp setting is actually 29.97fps. Is this something to do with drop v.s non-drop frame ? and if so how should I handle this? I have always worked in a PAL environment so any help on rendering for NTSC would be great.
