  timeline closeout turns to auto render

  My working timeline, 1080 AVCHD (multiple tracks) upon closing out it becomes just two tracks (one video, one audio). It also becomes a 720×480 instead of my original 1920×1080 and I lose all the quality I was trying to achieve.

  What am I missing as to pre-settings so my projects remain multiple tracks and size?
