  timeline breaking

  Hi people,

  I have a notebook sony and used to edit videos on adobe premiere for years,
  but suddenly it started to not run them well.
  Timeline is not flowing (including origin videos screen).
  It stops for seconds, run slow for seconds, sometimes stops.
  I used CCleaner, but nothing changed.
  I thought it was for using havier files, but it’s not.
  And I put some mp4 files and nothing changed.

  Help me, please.
