Timeline audio..plays in preview, but not in Flash
First project, still, so I’m learning!
My project is a short intro video (timeline), then a single motion menu with one button that plays a 25 minute video (timeline).
All assets generated as .mpg with associated ac3 audio in Vegas.
Everything plays perfectly in preview.
Generate a Flash build (10 hours!)
The intro video plays fine, the menu w/ bkgrnd audio plays fine, but the main video plays with no audio.
On the main video timeline, I used ctrl-T to create the timeline from the .mpg video asset, then dragged the corresponding .ac3 onto the audio track. Is this appropriate?
(It played in preview.)I read in another post something about turning subtitles off. (Aren’t they off by default?). Haven’t tried that, yet.
I’m currently building a version using .avi assets instead of .mpg+.ac3. We’ll see if that makes a difference (10 hours from now).
In the meantime, any tips are appreciated!
