I shot with a 60D timelapse but the shots was grainy I needed to put the ISO on 2000 and up because it was night.
so what are the best performance for time lapse on the 60D?
and what can you do at night if it is very dark?

    (shot with ML)

A really fast lens will help, but if it’s dark, it is dark. Unless you can light the area but I doubt that as you are probably doing environmental time lapses.

One thing I for got to add, what is your exposure. Have you tried longer exposure times to compensate for low light?

I’ve shot 2000 iso on a 5D Mark III and had great results with very little noise. My only guess is you are shooting in a very dark area. What lens and f-stop?
