I have a job coming up that requires TC with my SD552 and several RED’s.
The RED’s all have the wireless blue Ambient Lockit boxes and there is an SD744T for recording audio from the studio mics. My role is some behind the scenes audio capture for the BTS camera. I have not had the opportunity to use TC with my 552.
From what i understand, the 744T is used as the master clock, sending sync’s to a Lockit, which in turn keeps the RED’s in sync.
I assume that the 552 would need to be plugged into a Lockit box all the time, since it has no internal TC clock.
Aside from setting up the Lockits, is that about it?
There will be people present with good knowledge of the Lockit boxes. I am really just finding out what I may need to hire and to know any other technical stuff.
    Thanks

You are correct about the 552 and tc. You can use a lockit or an external syncbox that gets jammed from the master clock. Let the sync pros on the shoot set you up with the tc & frame rates.

Thanks for the confirmation. I need to hire the Lockit and cables.
