  Timecode logging on PC

  Our facility edits on FCP, but the number of Macs is limited, so I’d like for us to be able to log and transcribe our interviews and footage on PCs before transcoding footage from our HMC150s to the Macs for hard copy of the log.

  The AVCCam viewer that came with the cameras plays the footage well, but displays no timecode. I’ve tried using VLC and a few other programs, but while they MAY play the video, they never display the timecode.

  Any thoughts on programs?
