Seems to be an old issue but I figured I would ask again.
I have an exported AAF from Avid.
Using RED files transcoded to DNxHD.
I figured to give this a try since RELINK isn’t working in my Avid session.
In RESOLVE I imported the RED RAW in Media Database.
Then imported AAF and tried all options.
About 2% of the files showed up at the right spot but a great deal did not (most was OFFLINE).
Some of the clips got replaced by another clip in the timeline.
A huge list of “timecode extends don’t match” errors popped up during AAF import.
Is there anything in Avid I should prep properly before exporting to AAF?
I made sure that there are no extra layers and that they are all RED source files (conformed to DNxHD).
