Timecode Drop When Digitizing…

What timecode format did you record DF or NDF. What Flavor of HDV are you working with?
I don’t think your storage is to blame. TC break posts have been going on for the past three or more months and I’m going to test to see if changing to NDF TC fixes my issue.
I am capturing right now and my DF timecode has many breaks. I’m capturing from a Sony M25U out of the HDMI port into a Convergent Design MI box into a Kona LHe and capturing in FCS2 as DVC Pro HD 720p to 5-500gig (2.5TB) esata raid zero internal. I can set the M25 to output 720p out of the HDMI port. I get my timecode from FW basic DV into the MI and then then into the Kona RS-422. FC warns me at the end of the tape so I can at least capture.

First thought
have you set the time in your camera? if you are using HDV it is nessesary to set the TC in the camera to alleviate many of the TC errors since the cameras work on time of day time code.
