timecode break gives 1 frame capture
Hi,
I am capturing 1080i59.94 DVCPRO HD footage in FCP 5.1.4 from a Panasonic HD1400 via firewire. I use the CAPTURE NOW function. Everytime FCP gets to a timecode break it stops and tries to find the break and starts to capture again from that point. That is allright. The problem is that even if the previous captured (before timecode break)clip was 3 minutes long, it is saved as a 1 frame clip (00:00:00;01)in the bin. When I look at the linked clip in the Finder the full clip is there, the full 3 minutes. I can watch it in QUicktime. When I try to import it back in FCP, it only see one frame.
I have timecode breaks because one of my cameras is timecode-slaved by the other to edit later un multiclip.
Anybody knows whats could cause that? Is it a version issue?
Thanks
