Time Stutter on one layer
Hello lovely people! I’m currently working a project which has a ‘time stutter’ on a footage layer. At the moment I’ve just duplicated 2 frames of the layer to achieve this effect, but as it’s going to be a working template I’d like to have it one layer (maybe using time remap?) to keep it as clean as possible. Does anyone have an idea how I can achieve this?

Yes, time-remapping will do the trick. Consider using hold keyframes on each frame (to prevent a “rewind” effect if the footage timebase is different than the comp timebase).
You should probably do the time remapping on a comp, so it’s clear to the user how long the footage needs to be to work in the template.
