  Time Stamp with GY-DV500?

  I’m considering buying a used GY-DV500. Also, considering shooting legal depositions with the cam. I know many depositions require a time/date stamp supered on the video screen. I know the 500 can display the time/date in the viewfinder/LCD screen but can it output the time date if I’m recording on a separate recorder?

  I want to have a VHS in a rack so I can give it to the client when I walk away from the deposition.
