Time Remapping Precomp
I’ve got precomp, which contains a number of layers and some animated masks. I’m time remapping it to match up some baked animation with audio. The problem is that some of my animated masks are out of sync after time remapping. Shouldn’t a precomp behave just like a flat video file?

After a little more research, I went back to the animated mask and created keyframes on every frame and set them to ‘hold’. When I went back to my retimed precomp, everything was as it should be 🙂
