I have a comp I want to stretch from 15 to 20 seconds to slow some action down and was wondering this:

If I time remap video footage to such a degree it can stutter and generally looks naff. If, however, I am remapping an AE comp with nothing but AE motion in it (such as stills travelling along paths etc) does the quality of the motion decrease? I assume AE interpolates the motion without loss of quality and so saves me time re-timing all the separate elements.

    Or am I wrong?
