  • time remapping, and retain audio pitch?

    hello.
I want to do some experimental time remapping to Video with audio, but i cant figure out how to maintain the original pitch of the remapped audio.
In premiere pro, there is a simple option to do this when you change the speed of a track and I love the effect it gives me. But premiere lacks the versetility of time remaping, and so i imajine and am hoping hoping that there is a similar option or plugin to do this in after effects.

    please help,
    much thanks.

Since AE is really a graphics-focused application, it lacks a lot of the finer controls for audio like this. My best suggestion is that you look for a plug-in that allows for pitch manipulation, else use Premiere or Audition or another program to edit the audio and match it to the video from AE.
