Just digging into editing a bit more in Resolve but have a quick question. I am retiming part of a clip but decide later to change the frame where the speed changes end. For example, there is a clip of a boat leaving a dock. I decide to speed up part of that clip by say 300% then later decide there is a frame further down the clip that I want included in that speed change. How can I do this while maintaing the speed on the section that is being sped up and keeping the remainder of the clip at normal speed? This is easy to do in Final Cut but wanting to know if it is posible to do in Resolve. Thank you.

[David Mathis] “f it is posible to do in Resolve. “

Yes, it is, using keyframes. Review the Chapter covering the Edit Page, Variable-speed effects.
