    There is an awful lot of change between those two frames. I don’t think there’s enough data there to make a convincing optical flow-based camera move.

    Yes, a lot more frames with a lot less shift.

    Alternately, you might creating geometry that approximates the shapes in the scene and projecting the footage from the camera onto the geometry, then animating a new camera through the scene.
