Time Question..why does it go from .29 to 1.0?
I am trying to make a still 2 1/2 seconds. However, I never really noticed this, but time goes from 2.28, 2.29 then to 3.0. I don’t really know why this is, but how to I figure out what 2 1/2 seconds is?
This project really needs to be precise. It is for the Miss Wisconsin pageant and the girls are walking across stage with a series of their pictures one after another in the background.

2 1/2 sec. = 2.15
There are 30 frames per second (actually 29.97 but that’s a different discussion).
The first frame is 0.0 so logically the 30th frame would be 0.29
