Time-line sequence with Nested seq.
Hello everyone.
The more I use Premiere Pro 2.0,
I find it to be an amazing software.
Especially I am totally blown
away by its audio handling capability. However, as my current project grows i
n its size and complexity,
I find Premiere Pro crashing regularly.I don’t think my H/W spec is bad.
-Dual Opteron 275 (4cores) 4Gb RAM,
-Windows XP SP2 (with 3g option enabled)
-3HDD (75,80,250GB noRAID)
-Nvidia Quadro 3450
(Running at 2048×1280 resolution)
-Realtek AC’97 (Running the latest driver)It crashes about 5 to 10 times a day but
as I am saving constantly it doesn’t bother
me so much. What really bothers me is that fact that
I am not able to render a time-line sequence
containing many nested sequences.
it would crash with no exception. So I open up the nested sequence
and ‘make movie’ from there, it’s fine.
Is this how all Premiere Pros behave.I know it’s a silly question, but
how can I make it not crash?Any tips on dealing with nested
sequences ?I would very much appreciate
any stability tips in general.Thank You.
(Well no matter what, I still love
Premiere Pro)-Jae
