I’m trying to create a smooth time lapse from over 5000 stills but I’m finding the images ‘jerk’ and was wondering if anyone could lend their experience to tell me a way that I could possibly smooth this out, please?

How are you setting it up? Maybe a bit more explanation can help us figure out where this jerk is coming from. In theory, if every frame is one still, a jerk would only happen because of a gap in your stills. If the duration of the stills varies, then I could see there would be an issue with timing it out.

Is the jerk XYZ alignment, time, luma or all of the above? How were the stills shot?

    Michael,
Apologies about the extreme delay and thank you for your advice earlier. I’m using a GoPro camera set to take an image every 3 seconds.
I believe I’ve solved one of the issues I have though – that’s increasing the time taken for each shot.
