Time lapse from still images in Premiere Pro

Re: renaming files, as this thread is about using adobe Premiere, I’ll go out on a limb and assume every one is using some version of creative suite which includes Bridge. Bridge has a built in tool for file naming. I’d use that.

I go for the Bridge, but even renaming in Explorer is a piece of cake.
