  Time lapse Asembly

  FCPX is a nightmare for assembling 4K time lapse frames so I tried TIME LAPSSE ASSEMBLER. The quality seem good but the subsampling is 4:2:0.
  Is this important at this stage?
  I read I can do it with PSE11 but can’t find how
  Any hint?
