Time Lapse
Let’s say you have an image of an empty road, is there a way to create cars time lapse lights?
You know when cars are passing too fast we can only see their lights “worms” LOL
Is there a plugin to do that or something?

Sorry, dont know of any plugin for that.
Do you specifically need this effect on the image that you have?
If not, you can easily find good timelapse footage online of streets
with vehicles going fast giving this lighted worm effect.Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

Hey Steve could you show me some?
The ones I found on youtube were all about from far away or from above the city, I want a scene where I can place myself on the sidewalk why cars are passing fast, maybe like looking to someone on the other side of the street while cars are passing between us or something.
