I have been scouring the Internet looking for a way to create a tilt shift camera in After Effects with the end result being miniaturization. I am not applying this effect to video, like all the videos I’ve been finding online. I’m applying it to scene full of three dimensional objects in After Effects. Is this possible?

The same approach applies to 3D objects. The specific technique depends on how the 3D objects have been introduced into AE. If they are footage it is just like any other video footage. If they are 3D layers or from a 3D plugin (Element or other), it is a matter of camera distance and settings, in particular the depth of field settings.
