This is such a basic question but I don’t normally use Final Cut, more After Effects.

Can Final Cut import Tiff sequences as I have tried open and import but there seems to be no option to bring in a sequence only a still frame.

    Thanks

    Gary

FCP doesn’t import image sequences as movies, only as still images. Set the import preference to one frame and import the folder. Drag the folder into a timeline to lay out the sequentially numbered images. You could also open the image sequence in the QuickTime Pro player and convert it to whatever format you’re working in.

    All the best,

    Tom
