Thunderbolt 3 (USB C) to Firewire 800 adaptor?
We have a bunch of KiPro drives that have the FireWire 800 connector. The drives are fine, but we cannot find an adaptor to go from FireWire 800 to USB c, or even USB 3. Does anyone know of such an adaptor, and could you please share the link? We did find the OWC docking station, which seems like it may be the only solution. It’s a bit redundant and expensive, and it needs its own power supply.

Do you have thunderbolt? Apple makes a thunderbolt to FW 800.

Found a Thunderbolt 1 (I assume backward to 2( adaptor but no Tb3/usbC. Also…difficult to get Tb3>>Tb2 adaptors. I own Tb accessories so this is a pain. The OWC dock may be the only option. It has both.
