Thunder Browse and Lightning issue

We are having an issue with our Thunder Browse and Lightning systems. The Thunder can’t overwrite an existing sequence on the Lightning system, even if that sequence is NOT open or even if the Lightning software is closed entirely. The software versions are the same on both boxes. Lightning is running on NT 4.0 (with all the proper SPs installed) and the other system is XP Pro-SP3 with the latest security patches installed. Write permissions are set properly within the OS, the Thunder user can do a “save-as” and write the sequence to the Lightning’s shared drive.
