I just purchased a new AJA XENA 2K PCI-X card from B & H Video. After installation on a Boxx W8400 machine that is 64-bit and is using Vista Ultimate 64-bit, I found out that when going to capture “This Xena Board is not licensed” error message appears. I have downloaded and installed the lastest version of the Xena 2K software to work with Vista 64-bit from the AJA website. AJA has sent me three Xena 2K boards, and all have the same problem. Also no license number is listed when trying the Machina software under “setup”. Please help, because work is piling up.

There is a new version out (3.5) that removes the licensing requirement. The issue is that you may have purchased a board that was bundled with software.
