This Card is Awesome.
So the installation of the LHe was a snap and the set up is reasonably simple. It would be easier if I was more astute with some of the language in the control panel but I’ll learn. I do have one minor issue. The display on my Luma monitor is dark. It looks fine in the canvas. The source footage is 1080i HDV component captured into a SD 10 bit project. The output to the monitor is via SDI. Any thoughts?

go into your Kona Control Panel (in the utilites folder), select CONTROL tab, and bring up a test pattern like color bars. If your Luma monitor is dark, it’s your Luma monitor. Even though I hate the LMD-232, it’s not dark (and neither is the levels coming out of the Kona test pattern).
