    So my nightmare continues;

    I un-installed Encore 2.0, and then when I try to re-install it, I get an error message that says:

    “This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
    Please contact the application’s support team for more info.”

    So I can’t even re-install the damn thing!

    Any ideas on this one?

    I’d suggest you call Adobe Tech Support.

    Have you had any luck with this problem? I have Encore CS3 loaded, but getting the same error message when I try to open the program, then it shuts down.
