Third Party Lens for XL H1?
We are researching the possiblity of using the XL H1 in a three camera live production. Yes, its a church. We’d like to place the center camera at the back of the audotorium for obvious footprint seating issues. The distance would be about 87′ to the talent’s normal position on stage. Does anyone recommend any third party or Canon lens? Yes, I’ve got a line in with my local rep. Thought I’d fish out on the Cow Net for answers too? Anyone else using the XL H1 in a mutli-camera set up?
BTW – we’ll be using the HD-SDI out and present in 16×9.
