Thinking Particles not working
Hey so I’m trying have thinking particles work with ubertracer. Every time i try to link up the “All” group in the thinking particles settings it just has a ? next to it like it doesn’t recognize the particles. I’ve tried this with all kinds of other thinking particles and it still gives me that regardless if i’m trying it with ubertracer.

Ubertracer crashes C4D 15 on startup for me but your setup appears to be working in 14. In 15 it works if I replace the Ubertracer place mark with Tracer

Even when I replace it with tracer it still gives me that “?” Next to the “All” group for thinking particles. You think it could just be my cinema giving me issues?

I get the question mark too (in 14 and 15) but I was also getting particles and the tracer(S) creating splines like they are supposed to

I get that too. But it won’t render anything out with the question mark on it.

are you sweeping something along the spline or using S&T to show the splines (or something else)?

I got the tracer to work, guess ubertracer just isn’t gonna work for me lol. Thanks for all your help Brian!

yeah, I don”t think there is anything other than Tracer right now – except the Trail object in x-particles…
