I’m thinking of purchasing Pro Animator but have been noticing users seem to be having stability issues with lots of crashing.
I’ve also seen users mention that Zaxwerks’ support is not quite as responsive as before.
Is this the norm or are these isolated cases?

There is currently a compatibility issue when running OSX Mojave and CC 2020 at the same time. We are working on it and have fixed one of the issues, but once we fixed this first issue it revealed another. Will let you know as soon as everything is working.

Thanks for the response. I am running Windows 10 along with the trial version and I can’t even open the program. It crashes as soon as I go in. This is the standalone version.
I’ve also sent a few email queries to support and had no response so it would seem that my other reservation in my initial post is valid.
I’m really not prepared to lay out money on a product that firstly is unstable but worse, has little support…

Well this backs up my previous concerns regarding lack of support.
It’s coming up for 4 days now with not a single response or acknowledgment of my numerous emails to Zaxwerks support.
Not sure what else to do except carry on looking for another program that is similar but actually has support for their software.
