  The XML page cannot be displayed

  I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro (via the MS “free” upgrade for eligible PCs). Now when I run the latest Sony Vegas Pro 13 (64-bit), when I click on Help>Contents and Index I receive the following error message:

  “The XML page cannot be displayed
  Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.”

  Is anyone else experiencing this? More important, does anyone know how to rectify it so that I do not have to consult the PDF Manual every time I need to check on a procedure or such?
