  The subtitle track show in the picture delay 4-5 frame.

  Hi all,
  The Project was 2020 Version changed to 2019 Version.
  The problem is when the subtitle track show in the picture delay 4-5 frame.
  But the track in out point is no problem.
  When output the SRT is normal but output mp4 the subtitle track show in the picture also delay 4-5 frame.
