  • The right sequence presets for 550D 720 50fps?

Posted by Martin Tresnak on October 25, 2010 at 9:46 pm

Hi guys, I really dont know which sequence preset should I use, for my 720 50fps footage from Canon EOS 550D. There is a lot of 720 50 I can choose but which one is the right one?

Is it AVC-Infra, or AVCHD, or DVCPROHD, or HDV (but there is none with 50fps), or is it XDCAM EX?

Or if you got some link to some page I can read about it or anything like that.

    It for my school project.
Please help, any response is highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I’m not sure what version of Pr you have, but you can always go under the custom presets tab and create a desktop preset at 1280×720, 50fps and with a square pixel aspect ratio.

Hi, I have CS4 nad I think I founf it. I had to choose one preset and then go to General tab and I choose editing mode to Desktop Pixel Aspect Ration to square pixels and of course 50 fps.
Is it the same thing as you said?

Thank you very much, now it looks as it suppose to look 🙂
