    I have see many tutorials and postings. I know how to create the lines and animation, but the one thing i dont understand is how they create this flowing look. (Meaning the pan across a few frames*(frames meaning shot, not time) Which means maybe I cant do the animation. Ha.

    So, is it a very large layer that is sliding around in the 720×480 Comp? Is it a very large layer that a camera is moving around? Are the images simply moving (Position changes) to create the illusion the line is moving through diff. worlds?

    This is the easist way. You could use a camera as well.
