Hi there, not having MPEG2 render settings seems to be a common problem for people but I still cannot work out how to solve it.

I have updated AE CS6 with the latest (11.0.4) Update but I STILL cannot see mpeg2 settings. I also have got the AMEncoder CC trial downloaded but still cannot see it here.

Any help would be much appreciated, doesn’t look good to clients when you cant even render things correctly.

    Thanks

If it looks good, look at it.

You can not render MPEG2 out of AE anymore. Media Encoder should have MPEG2 options.

Thanks, but I have downloaded the AME CC latest trial and the MPEG2 settings are not there? Any ideas?

Install the AME version for CS6 – maybe there is an issue with the newest AME trial and AE CS6. The latest CC AME definitely has MPEG2 encoding
