Call me when the chimps start editing, color grading, selecting music cues, mixing the audio, exporting for the Web, creating DVDs, and outputting to tape. Until then I’m much more impressed by the elephant that paints with water colors.

What? You’ve never had a client say, “What’s this? Did you get a chimpanzee to shoot it?”

boy, are these poor businessmen, or what. Don’t you know that you can outsource to India for MUCH LESS than feeding and housing Chimps in Western Europe or the US. I am not impressed. Now, get me some roaches to edit a show – THEN I will be impressed. And when they are done editing, you can step on them (oh wait, this is what some of my clients to do me, when I am done).

The even cheeper option would be to out source to chimps in India.

There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.

Finally…so much of what’s on television is only fit for chimps to watch…it’s about time they start pitching in.
