Hi there, Im trying to render a two hour long film, and have been stuck by the dreaded red pixels that keep appearing between cuts. I’ve resulted to rendering the entire project, cutting out the pixelated bit, re-rendering the project to remove the majority of the “bad Bits”, but have been left with about 7 sections, (about 2 second long each, which just refuse to lose these red pixels. Is it a problem with première, or the files, because they render perfectly one time, and then terribly the next

I shot the footage on HDV, and have been exporting as .m2v

    regards

Do you need to export m2v (hdv) or could you use something else?
H.264 is much better codec and a lot more stable.

Have you tried deleting all the preview files?

That would have been caused by a third party plugin, and it most likely would show up in the timeline preview as well.

Maybe posting a screen capture would help us, but it doesn’t sound like anything I’ve seen myself.
