    Yo Curtis,

I remember way back in the day when I was but a wee-little lad suckling the sweetness of the Cow’s many teets and recalling that the Cow’s forums were based around CGI. I remember you converting the mechanism (with zero down-time which was a very impressive feat) with all threads in tact. Didn’t you re-build it to PHP? And then just a year or two ago it went back to CGI.

    Just curious why this was.

    ???

    hello…

ya – i actually stepped back as the primary developer a while back and eric bliss is now the owner – he’s happier in cgi so i assume that’s why he went back that route – and it seems to be working great, so kudos to him!

(i just got too overwhelmed with my startup company and couldn’t be as responsive as needed to keep this ever-growing site going, so eric gracefully stepped in and has it humming along nicely)

Cool, thanks for the scoop. I remember you passing on the reins to Eric but it didn’t occur to me (at the time) that everything went back to CGI until just recently.

Hope all is well with the startup!
