the best screen for your eyes
It is not more than three months that Im working with a mac pro
and unfortunally I get it with a Benq display …
I use to be almost 12 hours per day learning and using after effects
but with this screen is impossibleMy eyes already start to say something
It is really bad ( painfull and tired )So that why I will like to ask you if you have tried some good screen (matte if is possible)
that you can recommend me?I know that this new apple cinema display 27″ looks great but I will like to
hear about some other choices ( cheapper if is possible )Best regards

I have heard the the Dell monitors are pretty good. The more professional ones. I dont know if it will be better on your eyes or not. You just have to take frequent breaks, go for a walk, focus on things far away that type of thing.

Im wondering what those editors that are use to ve infront of the screen
somedays even 28 hours 🙂 per day will prefer as a monitor…I mean you eyes are the most used part of your body in video editing

here comes the obvious question, is it professionally calibrated? and going higher than 60hz can help too.
