  Me again guys, thanks again for all. I experimented with my 302 and camera. I should say in the past I was always sending my mix out to stereo to my camera. Today I experimented sending separate to left and right and then imported into FCP. I was surprised that in came in as stereo, I see a left and right , yet when it plays back it comes thru as stereo ? yet I could separate L & R with panning. This cleared up lot of questions I had how files would look imported from a 4 track recorder.
  Thanks again for all the insite and ideas. one of you experts needs to make a demo to give us step by step instructions on getting a jammed time code into a camera
