Thanks to AJA!
I have given thanks here before to the tech support at AJA. But after my call with Steve at AJA today I have to post again. I had one issue that was related to AJA software, which Steve got me through in minutes. And then I asked him a related question about how my system is set up, which led to another question. And in the space of a few minutes Steve had fixed two things which were certainly not AJA’s fault; but he just stayed with me and got me past the problems I had even though they turned out to be my own configuration errors.
So kudos again to Steve and AJA. Tech support like that seems rare these days. And it is very much appreciated by this customer. (And is a big reason why I own so much of their gear!)
