  TGA files come in as locked but they used to be unlocked. Why?

  Running PS7.

  I was able to drag TGA backgrounds graphics from a folder into PS7 and they used to come in as unlocked. Today, for the first time, all of the graphics from that folder are coming in as locked. Any ideas what could have caused this? Any ideas on how to do a batch automate to correct the problem? I know how to unlock them in PS but it is an additional step that I didn’t have to do before.

  ADDITIONAL INFO:
  The same thing is happening to a second folder of graphics (dragged in as locked) but two other folders still come in as unlocked.
