  .TGA animations on CG-100

  hi,recently I´m working on a tvcompany and they askme if I can make an animaton por dthe character generator which I did, the problem appears when I load it up in the software, no trasparency appear,olny a white scuare with the animation inside,I tried everithing I know but nothing work, if anyone knows exacti the parameters to make this works…..pls answer me
