    Hey everyone,

A client has supplied me with an EPS file of their logo to be placed onto a glass door in C4D. I took the EPS, brought it into PS with a transparent background. When I bring it into cinema and use it for the color and alpha channels, I can’t get rid of the ringing around the edges of the logo. The RGB image looks fine, it’s just when I go to comp in the scene behind the glass doors, the alpha channel of the logo is very jagged. I’m under the gun for this and would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks so much.

    Best,
    Craig

Are you using Best AA? If not anything behind the glass doors (assuming transparent texture) won’t receive AA.

Otherwise you may have to play around with some of the options in the material’s alpha channel (premultiplies, soft alpha, color/delta.

If worse comes to worst you can always go back into PS and shrink the alpha a couple pixels.
